just a modern-day earth AU of quil & features in my supernatural horror story. "Quin" as he's known here is just your average young adult trans dude trying to like, make it in this fuck of a world, lmao... got kicked out when he tried to come out bc his family a shit. he does odd jobs and busks with his violin. it's not much but it helps. he's got a rare condition (Waardenburg syndrome) that runs on his dad's side of the family, which causes the unpigmented patch in his hair, heterochromia, and partial deafness in his left ear.
he lost contact with his younger sister when he got kicked out, tried to reconnect but she's gone off to college and he doesn't have her current contact info. trying to reconnect somehow. only person from pre-transition he's still in contact with / on good terms with is the parish priest, Father Tiffany, who's been kind to him during some really difficult times. he currently lives on the couch in Mother Tayla's home, the House of Epiphany, a lesser known but one of very few remaining drag ball houses.
