Dr. Blood is an alien who came to Earth as a starry-eyed researcher. However, as soon as they arrived, they were captured by the government and experimented on. After the incident, their personality completely changed, and they were left with a big scar across their chest cavity.

Dr. Blood is depraved, excitable, and unpredictable. They tend to come across as cartoonishly evil, but they harbor an intense hatred somewhere deeper. They've built themselves up as a sort of rock star of the mad science world, and has used their alien intellect to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to invention and ingenuity. Considered a miracle worker by some, clients come to him to seek treatment for seemingly impossible things, and Dr. Blood always makes sure to have them sign a waiver stating that he's free to experiment as she sees fit in pursuit of answers. Whether Dr. Blood will actually solve your problems depends entirely on how he feels about you.
