Features & Traits
Lucky (Racial)
When you roll a 1 on a d20 for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll.
Brave (Racial)
You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
City Secrets (Background)
You know the secret patterns and flows to cities, and can find passages through urban sprawl that others would miss. When you are not in combat, you (and your companions) can travel between any two locations in cities twice as fast as your speed would normally allow.
Expertise (Class)
At 1st, choose any two skill profiencies, and your profiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of these chosen profiencies. (At 6th you can choose two more.)
Sneak Attack (Class)
Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you had advantage on the attack roll. The attack must use finesse or a ranged weapon. You don't need advantage if another enemy of the target is within 5 feet, and that enemy is not incapacitated nor has disadvantage.
Thieves' Cant (Class)
During your rogue training you learnt thieves' cant, a secret mix of dialect, jargon, and code that allows you to hide messages in seemingly normal conversation. Only another creature that knows thieves' cant can understand such messages. It takes four times longer to convey such a message than it does to speak the same idea plainly. You also understand secret signs and symbols used to convey short, simple messages, such as: whether an area is dangerous or the territory of a thieves' guild; whether loot is nearbyl or whether the people in an area are easy marks or will provide a safe house for thieves on the run.

Flaws
He thinks he's Robin Hood.
Story
Robyn grew up a happy halfling entranced by the tales of Robin Hood, until he was ripped from his family by corrupt law enforcement. The rest of his childhood was spend as an urchin on the streets, and that's when Robyn realised that he may be Robin Hood reincarnated.
Trivia
Robyn likes (merry) men. Ahem.
Relationships
Robin Hood
Robyn thinks he is the reincarnation of the folk hero Robin Hood. This may or may not be true.
Corrupt Law Enforcement
Robyn really hates them. Especially sheriffs.
