This bab would be a monster that can store the liquid shown on the tummies and can dispense (aka throw up/spit) it when squeezed or turned upside down. He and others of his species would be used as a soap dispenser, and be set up in some of the restrooms and houses around this world. Some of them work as nurses in hospitals, going to patients and dispensing healing and mana potions on them.
