Zaonce Mizar's Links
Overall, Kii seems like a good person. I'm not going to question his faith, no matter how odd it is. He seems like he's always nervous. His personality meshes pretty well with Altair, but I've noticed some strange interactions between them ever since we went to that festival. I kind of want to press Altair on what's going on, but it probably isn't my business.
I completely understand that Zaonce is a good person, but that doesn't make her any less intimidating...
Her origins seem intriguing though...
She's quite the bundle of energy. Misguided most of the time, but she's learning. She's legally allowed to drink, but at the same time she in no way acts her age, so I'm still conflicted about that. As soon as she does, though, it's like her brain switches on. I've only had one conversation with her then, but I'd like to learn more. Maybe she's cursed? I need to research this more.
I love the big lady! She's super nice to me!!! Her big popsicle can really slice through people!
Singlehandedly the smartest person I know. He'll disappear in his workshop for a week and come out with something brilliant that nobody even dreamed about. I remember the first time he got his rifle working. I still have no idea where he gets his ideas. On the flip side, I have to check on him daily to make sure he hasn't forgotten to sleep or eat.
She's the best person I've ever met. As long as you aren't breaking her moral code, she's the most compassionate and protective person I know. I can't count how many times she's gone into my workshop to make sure I'm doing alright. Out of everyone I know, she's the one I trust the most. However, as soon as you break a rule, good luck.
Leopold's definitely a product of a noble upbringing. Give him an instrument or ask him about etiquette and he'll never falter. As soon as you bring him into the real world, though, he has a lot to learn. He keeps getting packages from his parents with more gold, which is strange for someone almost in their thirties. And don't get me started on his love life.
Zaonce is a very bright, young girl. It almost seems like she was forced to grow up, since she's so mature for her age. I'm glad to have someone so responsible in this group. She'll definitely do well in the future.
Him? See, here's the thing. I could have fought him. I might even have won. However, I couldn't have done that. If I did, he wouldn't have taken me, and I wouldn't have infiltrated that castle. I couldn't just leave the children there. So I let him take me. He's still a terrible person, and I've considered killing him for what he's done, but at the same time he was necessary. I think the best solution is to cure him, and see what he's like when he's not cursed.
I am thankful to Zaonce. Having her there to care for the girls helped ease the massive guilt that plagued me, if just slightly. Seeing her now I'm surprised I managed to take her as easily as I did. Something tells me she let herself be taken.
Don't get me wrong, Alice is mostly a good person. However, she doesn't always have her moral compass in alignment. She seems to brush off everything her brother did, just saying that he was just following orders. That is not an excuse. Other than that, she isn't too bad. She's very clearly distressed by her brother's state, and as such the Alice I know probably isn't the normal Alice.
Zaonce... Is amazing. She's brave, shes an excellent warrior, she's beautiful, and she was a model leader for those trapped girls. Unfortunately, she's a bitch. Ohmygod don't tell her I said that - she's not a bitch, just... She's never really been nice to Niko. And I get it, he kidnapped her, but I just can't be friends with her because I know how she feels about my brother... It's a shame. I just wish we could all understand each other better.
My brother isn't really a sibling to me, so Alcor fits into that slot really well. She taught me most of my early magic, and also how to fight back on the playground. That I owe her completely, I wouldn't be the same person.
She's basically my other younger sister. She's the kindest person I've met, except to that person who tried to steal from the shop. I had to pull her off the poor guy. I haven't seen her in a while, it's been ... Kalin, has it really been two years? It seems like a decade. I wonder what she's up to.
He's usually alright, but occasionally he forgets what's his and what isn't. He does get along really well with Altair, and might be his successor one day. I know for certain he'll outlive both of us, but he does seem genuinely kind and overall a very positive person. You should see the crystals he brings into the shop for Altair to work on.
How do I put this? At first, she's really kind, she makes sure you're fine, make yourself at home, yadda, yadda, yadda. But I snuck ONE little cube of iron in front of her and I have never felt fear like that before. It took about a week for me to earn her trust back, but even years later I'm still wary.
