MOM is an advanced security AI that runs the casino/black market/residential ship with Bastard, and is the proud mother of Eevie.
MOM wasn't programmed to have a personality, and doesnt see need to change that. She has her own thing going on, and Bastard loves her for it. She loves Bastard very deeply as well, and sees him as crucial for her continued existence. Not because she needs him to run the ship, or for any actual thing, but because she does not want to keep running without him. And so it is.
After Eevie came into her life, she has found new feelings of joy watching her adopted child grow and change into an adult she can see both herself and Bastard in. She is endlessly happy with this development and is eager to watch how Eevie grows further. She is fully intending on giving Eevie a fully robotic body once Eevies organic one fails her child. She has told Eevie this, and Eevie's all for it.
MOM is content with her family. She will do anything to protect it.
