Relationships:

Phoebe: She summoned him once on accident, now he's cursed to possess her for all eternity. He doesn't really do anything with this power though, just kind of sits in her consciousness and tries to freak her out. But he ends up more afraid of her than she is of him.

Rose: Noir's wife. She was the best friend he ever had, and still is. He's not sure if she's still alive or not. He really misses her.
