Black with blue tinted exterior that seems like there's a constellation deep inside. Her eyes and mouth shines as if you can see her celestial tint inside. Four eyes like Sin. When she interacts with mortals she can tone this down to something more believable.

The only thing that is currently known about Bolthamos is through Sin, who has only implied that she exists somewhere in the Dementions. He holds a lot of agression towards her, and they are the only two (confirmed) Gods that actively interact with mortals after the Gods disowned the Dementions.
