Design notes:

• design influence from Promare. He's loosely based on Lio de Galon with more of a Lio influence in color.
• his horns are loosely based on impala/addax antelopes. They move out and slightly back
• I'm not entirely sure he can close his mouth without the big grinning teeth. 
• When his mouth is closed the teeth are the same/uniform, when open they resemble carnivore (heterodont) teeth
• he has reptile-esque hands and hoof-esque feet
• he has top surgery scars (double incision, non-connecting) under the mane. They are generally not visible and not on his ref. They're probably the red color on his ref.
