Equinox

Days. Weeks. Months. Years. No one had come to see it. Hearing all the joy, the laughter, the sorrow, it was there for it all, and yet it couldn't take part of the festivities it once enjoyed. It had a name before, but that was simply gone, much like the life it lived before. Was it bound to stay alone for the rest of its life ? It thought that was the case for sure, until one such being found the place it rested in. One which gave it a new name, and a newfound happiness. One such, Iocus.
