He’s been around in my head and stories for years and has changed a lot.

Started as an Xmen fan creation and now he is a demon Prince , son of a warlord. Sort of a cliché story line but hey I like it. 'Stolen’ away as a baby by his mother, left to grow up in a little secluded village (where he meets his best friend and later partner), finds out he is heir to this demon worlds throne, war ensues , evil father defeated, and an unprepared Jess set up as new Lord. He has many helpers and teachers in the castle to help him become accustom to his new position, all of whom were part of the revolution to over throw his father, or imprisoned by his father. The symbol of the dragon was taken from the original rulers of the land, actual dragons, but his father and grandfather nearly wiped them out long before Jess was even a thought.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Stands about 5’ 5", but can stand as tall as 6’ if he tries to stand straight as he can. To keep balance he usually has to have his knees bent and spine curved. His skin is grey-ish blue, and so is his fur. His fur is very thin and soft. He has a large pair of bat-like wings and a long prehensile tail that has a spade on the end. His eyes are golden and they give off their own light.He has fangs similar to a cats. His hair is dark blue, though it appears black. He normally keeps it up. His feet resemble those of a squirrel, and he walks digitigrade. He is fairly androgynous but goes by "He/ him" but anatomically he is both male and female, a not entirely rare thing among demons, especially of the royal bloodlines.

PERSONALITY Jess tends to be a follower, and never wanted to succeed his father, but he learned to take command when it was needed. He enjoys hanging out with friends more then running his kingdom, but he makes sure things are done.

SETTING Medieval-like verse similar to our own and set in the past. His story extends into what would be our present in this world, with as many advancements. Magic and elves and demons are somewhat commonplace, though humans become less aware of them as they advance.

BACK STORY His mother was kidnapped by his father Azazel because she had special magic and was related to the angels. He raped her and she managed to escape with a companion, David, and gave birth to Jess. They hid out in a small secluded village, and this is where Jess grew up. His mother left when he was still a baby to help him stay hidden. He became close friends with a half elf named Turell , and he, His father Murk, and David became his surrogate family for most of his child hood. When he reached his maturity (somewhere near 20-25 years) his father found him and destroyed the village in an attempt to capture him. Jess managed to escape and was certain his family had been killed. He wondered, avoiding people as much as he could manage by hidding himself under a cloak and staying out of large towns.Along in his travels he had met Ceara, who was a cat-like varient of the elven race, and they had two children, Reli and Rane, twins.Eventually, they separated and Jess continued his wondering.He eventually met up with Turell again one day while in a dark pub, when Turell grabbed his tail thinking it was a snake. They went on to travel together (along with a few others) until they were caught up in a war between the demons and the upper realms. They eventually managed to defeat Azazel and Jess was declaired his successor.

ONGOING STORY Jess has been a good Demon Lord and helped bring his people out of the mud, so to speak. While they still prefer to live life simply in his kingdom, they have brought down some of the technology from the upperworld of the humans. He made Turell his partner and second in command. They discovered that one of many of Jess' inherited magics is to make his chosen soul mate a...compatible partner. Turell now a demon as well, became beloved by the kingdom as well. Jess' children, Reli and Rane, were sent to live with them as well.

LIKES: sweet things, Blood Rum, stripes, peaceful days, basking in the sunlight, flying, helping others

DISLIKES: spiders, being wet, having his tail pulled, people who judge him on his appearance, pickles.

STRENGTHS he inheritedthe ancient soul flames of his lineage,useful to make him look intimidating and also as real fire. He can fly, his tail can hold his weight plus one more, he will help his friends in need even if he might die, and he is a good father

WEAKNESSES He has strayed on his wife, he has a secret addiction to Blood Rum, he does not think he is a strong leader, not very confident EXTRA Blood Rum is a demon specialty rum from the days of his father, with one of the ingredients being actual blood, usually human. He knows this and it just makes him feel more guilty. It is hard to find.
