Averi is someone who possesses a personality that fills up a room, bursting with energy and affection for everyone around them. They are sugary-sweet, with almost a child-like wonder to them, showing an abundance of love to any who cross their path. He can't help for his actions to come across as rather flirtatious, and it's not uncommon for many to feel their heart skip a beat! They love to socialize and chat, feeling most fulfilled when in a crowd of familiar faces. He is one to freely speak his mind in most occasions, even if it's to a fault at times, sometimes blurting out statements before considering their weight.
As strongly as Averi loves, though, it is typically fleeting. It is not to say it is never genuine - simply that Averi's attention tends to wax and wane, like the pull on the tides. They flit from place to place, person to person, preferring to indulgent in momentary, noncommital relations. His heart is indecisive, failing to commit to any strong decisions. Unfortunately, many find them to be a flake in this regard - which is not particularly wrong. Still, Averi does his best to maintain his relationships, and yearns for a solid connection. Each and every person he comes to know is deeply important to him, even if some would believe otherwise.
All around, Averi is someone who bursts with love and care, sometimes to their disadvantage. They try to believe the best in those around them, and as consequence, struggles with handling feelings of disappointment. Like many of their emotions in a similar vein, they are tampered down, blanketed with a coat of optimism and casual disregard. He finds dwelling on negative feelings distasteful, instead swallowing them down and waiting for them to pass. After all, such emotions only serve to impede their enjoyment of life and offering their heart to everyone around them.

A tender-hearted dainty who works as the Cupid of Ludus. Averi finds love and kindness in every individual, and believes life to best be enjoyed through fleeting, indulgent moments, their heart always yearning forward.
- Averi is a dainty, and his stockings cannot be removed nor fold or crease. Also, their tail is a real peach!

Like many Cupids, Averi was not the first Ludus cupid - but it was a Title he was destined for. Born in the clouds, Averi encompassed everything a Ludus cupid was supposed to be - kind, playful, and fleeting. It was not long before Averi took up the mantel, now the bestower of sweet puppy love.
Working alongside their sibling, Dove, Averi enjoyed their position immensely. He was fascinated by mortal affairs, delighted in all the ways they fell in and out of love. With excellent aim and a never-ending supply of arrows, Averi struck the hearts of many. It was a joy to them to grant mortals this kind of love - to give them joy in those temporary moments. Kisses at parties, summer loves, playful and intimate one-night stands. They were the one behind them all.
Among their own, Averi was known as the perfect Ludus. With a bubbly, socialable personality, they mixed and mingled with almost everyone in Valentine Inc. Almost no one was unfamiliar with him, and almost everyone had kind words to say. Yet, despite that, there was a flaw in him - just like his title, Averi struggled to commit to anyone or anything. He didn't wish to be such a way, truly, but his mind was always drawn to new experiences and conversations. To flirt, to kiss, to play.
Yet even so, Averi craved something lasting. He saw the way Dove worked, carefully arranging long-term relationships and joining mortals who could last a lifetime together. It made him ache for that sort of fulfillment, too. To be so rooted with someone and have them feel like home. They wondered what it was like.
He did not have to wonder for long. In this time, Averi's attention fell on Cupid. Admittedly, they did not know much of him - only that he was the original Eros, and the rumors of an affair with a mortal; one that did not end well, mind you. Such a thing resulted in his current work, focusing on the fallout and heartbreak that followed fiery passion. Something about his demeanor drew Averi in. Bit by bit, he gravitated towards Cupid, even when it seemed his personality was not much appreciated. Still, he couldn't stand to see a fellow cupid so isolated. Over time - originally much to Cupid's annoynance - Averi was able to worm their way into his heart, happily making a home there and finally fulfilling that yearning inside of them.
