Mutsu

much like green apples hes quite a tangy fun boy , full of energy and pep in his step for a battle. He uses tetra dualies. To some hes kind of the energetic friend thats here for a good time.

Mutsu goes way back with Sugar plum, family friends that for a few years Sugar plum even babysat him. It was the classic situation of just the teenage watching the barely a few years younger one. Literally a 9 year old being watched by a 13-14 year old. Nowa s adults they're still friends who see eachother regularly. Sometimes referring to one another as cousin despite zero relation.

 
Sugar Plum loves exaggerating about how young mutsus shennanigans  just to tease Mutsu and get a reaction which Mutsu always bites and does react while not in anger it does get the reaction Sugar Plum wanted in embarrassing him as much as he tries to let it slide off his back.
He then will start bringing up all of Sugar Plums own embarassing moments that he remembers to make the conversation switch on a dime in a mutual silent agreement to let the topic drop as Sugar Plum has a thinner face than Mutsu dealing with her own mortifying moments.
Mutsu is quick to just chat with random people he doesn't know, especially if there's a line theyre all waiting in just to comment to pass the time and focus on. He's genuinely good natured.

Sugar plum was indirectly responsible but claims "it didnt happen on my watch i can't be blamed!" when Mutsu got his first pair of dualies gifted to him when he was finally old enough to start turf warring and then tumbled in succession to hitting his head against the wall and getting a concussion.

Green apples symbolize growth, renewal, youth and health, often representing a refreshing, vibrant, and positive energy. Which is key to Mutsu's personality and behavior. 
- But can also signify temptation, jealousy, or premature knowledge.
Crisp nature is associated with vitality, while in relationships, they can represent supportive but less intimate connections. Mutsu is friendly with many and has the energy to socialize a lot even in spur of the moment meeting another

Key symbolism for green apples - Temptation & knowledge "green apples can represent the temptation of forbidden knowledge or "unripe" wisdome [Lilac referring to mutsu as "Idiot"] 

Jealousy/regret: due to the phrase green with envy, they can rep. envious feelings [Lilac can't help being infected wth envy seeing how many hang around Mutsu] 

Symbolism in relationships: supportive, casual friends who are not part of one's inner circle [Lilac declaring continuously Mutsu is "Not my friend!"] 

This octoling Lilac,  theres also the symbolic association of Lilacs to bring up.
