Sakura is a happy-go-lucky, friendly, and excitable Inkling hailing from Inkopolis. Despite a troubled past, her optimism never faded and she still wants to believe in the best of all people. Sakura possesses an insatiable passion for all things turf war; she leaves both allies and enemies in awe of her intense enthusiasm for the sport. She has been described by her friends, who she adores, as having “a soul like the rays of warm sunlight”.

Prior to Splatoon 1

Details
- Sakura is disabled as she is missing a tentacle that cannot regenerate on her right side. That same side also has scars from where it was grabbed and torn off. It should always be drawn with these scars and torn bits.
- Sakura has a curvy or chubby build with most of her weight distributed to her waist, thighs, and stomach. She tends to have a rounder face and chunkier tentacle as well.
- Sakura's glasses are always resting on her head. They can be taken off, but they should never cover her eyes.
- Her voice sounds similar to Ashly Burch's Chun-Li
- Optionally, her fingernails can be painted the same shade as her tentacle.

Pacificus Navigale [ Younger Sibling ]
Sakura’s younger sibling, teammate, and best friend. The two met during the Cake vs. Ice Cream splatfest and ever since they have been inseparable. Whether it's protecting each other with their brella and shooter combo or working together to save the world as agents, these two can always be found working hand in hand.
Tako Yaki [ Closest Friend ]
Sakura’s other teammate, close friend, and rival. During her escapades into the Octo Canyon, the two would come into contact and, once Octavio was defeated, would team up with Pacificus to form the Cephalosquad. The two love to tease and scrap with each other and always challenge each other to be better.
Aquamarine Architeuthis [ Former Ally ]
Sakura’s former ally and lover(?). They used to work together as agents in the Octo Valley before Aquamarine backstabbed her. While at first Sakura had a crush on Aqua, she is now absolutely terrified of her and bears scars caused by Aqua's betrayal.
