Cir

Cir is an artificially created, immortal human. They were created as a fashion model, but became disillusioned with a life being treated as less than human because they lack a soul. Together with Winona, they started a faction caled the Sacred Millenium where many other soulless workers rose up and started their own community. When Winona died, Cir kept the Order going.

As humanity slowly died out due to the Demonic Plague, Cir and many other soulless worked together to create a safeguard around the living world to prevent demons from taking the souls of those still living. While this ceased the ability of any more soulless to be created, Cir was happy with what they had done. Because of their soulless body, they can freely travel between Hell and Earth, but are blinded and weak when in Hell so tend not to visit very often.
