Bianca works as an archivist for the APD. Thanks to some unflattering budget cuts, she and her entire archive now reside in an underground bunker in the Agriculture District. She's not very happy about it, and not afraid to let that show. Otherwise, she's a pretty cheerful—if a bit skittish—person.

Even though she's not a detective, Bianca is very interested in unsolved APD cases. In her spare time, she likes to dig around and try to solve some of them. Right now, she has a fixation on Mallory Todd's case from ten years ago.
