Cheddar

𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧'𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙞𝙣' 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩, 𝙗𝙤𝙮

Cheddar's a mischievous, tough, tiny and loud kitten who knows his way around the city he lives in and isn't afraid to pick a fight with anybody if needed, despite the fact he isn't all that intimidating.

Cheddar currently lives in an apartment with his mother who already wants nothing to do with him, but beyonf that his background is a bit unexpected, and neither did he know anything about until later.

Cheddar was born in the United Kingdom alongside his brother Provalone, and since they couldn't keep both, it had to be decided which sibling stays at the palace and which one gets sent away for adoption, with the decision being made by weight. Cheddar, who weighed less, ended up being sent to an adoption center in a struggling part of some city in the United States, soon to be adopted by his new mother who thought she'd feel a sense of happiness in her life raising a child she could've never had on her own.
It turned out to make her only more miserable, and if you knew nothing about Cheddar and his mother you'd think they're biological, as he adopted a similar personality from her in the meanwhile.

Cheddar doesn't go to school and is only homeschooled by his mother when she feels like it. Often times Cheddar just goes and learns things by himself, by going to the library and reading something there, or reading one of the handful of books he owns. He's certainly not a bookworm, but with not much else to do reading is a hobby he's come to be fond of..

Cheddar hates being at home since there's not much else else to do than read books and watch TV, so he walks around his apartment and block talking to neighbors he happens to run into on his way.
Cheddar is no naive kitten however, as he knows a goon from a saint immediately upon makng eye contact. Fortunately for him his area isn't the worst, as the worst that might come around are belligerent dummies who'd want to pick on just about anyone for fun, even a random kid like Cheddar, that and the 60 y/o's who stand at the corner at night in skimpy clothing, as Cheddar hates, in his words, "having to look at their sandbags".

Cheddar appreciates the other people in his community who aren't that way whatsoever; The artists, the musicians, the storytellers, those who don't care for the violence in the city and only want to have conversation and peace at mind.
