Kinrei is a very calm and composed individual and is easy to rely on.

History
Kinrei was born in Tokyo, but after the death of his parents at age 5, he went to live with his grandparents in the town of Motegi in the Tochigi prefecture. His best friend and cousin is Kouhai Insei. She would come visit him at their grandparents. As his grandfather was a car mechanic, they often went to the Twin Rings race track and learned their mutual love of cars while watching him work. When he was old enough, he started racing Go-carts and worked his way up through the various kinds of racing. He is currently racing for the DoCoMo team in Formula 3 racing.

He is the perfect foil for Ginme and forces him to come out into the open. Despite their obvious differences, the two get along very well. He came back to Tokyo because he was injured in a race and is out for the season. He’s using the opportunity to work on some modifications to his car. Insei came with him, as she insisted on helping with some of the finer points in the mechanics. Both cousins found out about their senshi powers from Moon, their grandfather’s ancient cat. They’d never had much use for their powers, being very secluded from the rest of the world. They came into their powers at roughly the time that the fight with Galaxia was drawing to an end. Because their powers were still weak, they thought it best to stay hidden, figuring it to be for the best.
