• License only for PERSONAL USE unless explicitly stated otherwise. Both SFW and NSFW content are ok.
• Commercial use of any kind is not allowed, including but not limited to: Cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens, blockchain-related technology in general, Vtubing, youtube monetizations, mascots for advertising, et cetera. However, commercial use rights can be bought separately if you wish, please DM me if you're interested and we can arrange a deal depending on your needs!
• Reselling is allowed, but just sell it for as much as you've spent or lower, unless you have extra commissioned or personal artwork! In that case, please just sell for the base character value + art value. Do not upsell. If you have any questions about value, please ask me.
• Retrading/gifting is allowed! Don't use gifted/free designs for trades, though.
• Please do not engage in illegal content with these designs (hate speech, incest, p*do, et cetera)., and don't get designs from me if you condone these things either. Using them in criminal/violent stories is okay of course, just be reasonable! [If you have any doubts, you can DM me!]
• Editing the design is allowed as long as the character is still recognizable somehow! This includes changing body shape, editing clothes, details, tweaking colors, etc. [Darkening skin tones/changing hue is ok, but do not whitewash them. Same goes for making fat characters skinny and so on.]
• Do not claim the design as your own. Give credit where it's due! You don't need to credit me whenever you post artwork of them, although that'd be appreciated. :]
• Do not edit any of my art. If you want to make design changes, please make it in a separate artwork, or DM me! [Collage/fancam/meme kind of edits are okay.]
• Do not delete Toyhouse profiles of my characters once created! You can transfer the character back to me if you don't want it anymore. Privating profiles is okay, but if you could give me some way to access it that'd be ideal. That's not mandatory, however.
• If the rules aren't respected, you can be blacklisted. This means you won't be able to own anymore designs from me, but I don't revoke currently owned design rights. Thankfully I don't have a blacklist yet!
