the lowest I'm willing to sell him for currently is 18 usd at the moment, I did see two characters but one is marked as never for sale and the other is marked as your siblings unfortunately

if you are completely certain that you'd go through with it, I'd be willing to! of course financial emergencies and the like don't count, just last few times I've held characters people have just lost interest and backed out in that regard
