Arcturus

Arcturus is half-fae. His mother Kaia is a fae princess from the Wild Woods, who left to pursue a life among mortals. His mother is pretty terrible with relationships and falls for all the wrong people, and he's grown accustomed to seeing her in some bad relationships, but she always puts him first regardless and has left more than one bad pair off when it became obvious that it would affect him. Frankly, he thinks his mother should just stay single but he feels terrible for saying that and doesn't express the opinion to her. His father isn't really involved in his life, so thankfully that's less baggage on the poor guy, and he's a much more happy and positive sort than his father has ever been. He loves playing tricks and making things with his hands, and his innate fae magic is oddly stronger than it should be, considering he's only half-- something that his mother can't seem to figure out or explain. He's never been to the Wild Woods-- his ancestral home-- but he intends to go sometime when he's a bit older.
