An AI created by Melvin Clancy for... some reason (most likely for the sake of aiding in his hacking activities). She's actually the first Eidolon-type AI to exist in Celea's networks, which means that she's simulated in far more detail in a typical AI, almost to the point of functioning like a virtual person. In this manner, she's a predecessor to the AIs Talitha and Tania that are being considered for the Muse Network of connected terminals. (Yes, this means that the government stole Mel's work.)
