Blackout

Blackout is an Amped Toxtricity who (TBN) took in from a rescue centre, after his old Trainer abandoned him after a freak accident.
What was the accident? Well...
While Blackout was Gigantamaxed in the middle of a battle, the opposing Pokémon managed to land a knockout move on him, and he fainted. However, instead of returning back to his original form while he was being called back into his Poké Ball, something went wrong mid-transformation, causing the process to stop completely. He ended up being permanently partially G-Maxed, and he has a few interesting physical traits from it, the most noticeable being his right eye, which is stuck in its G-Maxed state. He's also much taller than a normal Toxtricity, standing at 6'3".
However, due to him not being fully transformed back to normal and being stuck in this state, he's now completely unable to Dynamax.

Blackout, on the surface, is a tough individual who doesn't let anyone try to tell him what to do, unless he's receiving orders from his Trainer. He doesn't take BS from anybody and is quick to snap back if angered. This, combined with his daunting appearance and equally intimidating voice, makes him rather frightening, even to those who are familiar with him.
Underneath this hard shell, Blackout is actually quite kind and friendly, with a surprising sense of humour; he likes to joke around with his friends and teammates, and is generally very playful. He's quite sociable, and enjoys meeting new people and making friends. He can even be a bit affectionate when the mood strikes.
Blackout is fiercely protective of anyone he considers an ally, even willing to put his own life at risk to ensure the safety of others.

Blackout has stage 1 of the anthropomorphus animalia mutation, more commonly known as the anthro mutation. This means he's slightly more human-like in body structure, such as having longer legs than an average Toxtricity, and having 3 fingers and a thumb on each hand instead of 2 and a thumb. This mutation also gives him the cognitive level and communicative abilities of a human.
