Yasuo

At a young age, Yasuo was sold as a slave to a farming business, and went through a rought early chapter in his life. However, upon meeting and befriending a young river dragon named Hatsu, the two formed a successful escape plan, but found themselves injured in the process. Fortunately, they were nursed back to health by a wise fox spirit named Bou, whom Yasuo came to deeply respect like a father. Since then, he and Hatsu work for Bou as traveling demon hunters. 

Yasuo is generally quiet and closed off to most people, but to those he deeply trusts (such as Hatsu, Bou, and eventually a girl named Kioko), he can be very emotional and open about is feelings. He is often seen playing his ryuteki flute, which he plays in a way that reflects his emotional state.
