"The Tarbeing" is a large, lamprey-like creature with the ability to move through thick or dark liquids like tar and oil.
It is not immediately hostile on land, but won't hesitate to attack anything that steps in or enters a liquid it is currently inhabiting.

It is slow on land, but extremely fast in liquids it traverses. Because of this, it prefers to stay within liquids, but if necessary, will walk around on land.
