• Strong: Being born without magic forced him to improve other fields of expertise. Sometimes all you need is a bit of brute force to make others listen to you.
• Agile: He's capable of leaping from rooftop to rooftop with ease. Sometimes he would use his fishing rod to maintain his balance as he nears his target.
• Sharp-eyed: It's helpful to spot details that would otherwise be overlooked by a majority, and it greatly helps in dealing a critical hit.

• Reel: Basic action. Summons a tether of light that acts as a rope. Counts as a magical item.
• Blinding Missile: Basic action. A bolt of light is released from his hand, flying away slowly for the first second, then blinks to his foes. These missiles explode in a flash of light before their eyes.
• Solar Cleave: Basic action. A radiance surrounds his staff. In one swing, the radiance releases a crescent from his staff. This crescent shatter after the first contact.
• Lunar Pierce: Basic action. A radiance surrounds his staff. In one thrust, the radiance reaches out of his staff. This can pierce multiple foes, but its travel distance is short.
• Crushing Radiance: Intermediate action.
• Crawling Light: Intermediate spell. Blades of light are summoned around him. They are released from him one at a time, spinning slowly but relentlessly at his foes. These blades do not cause physical harm, but they can create the sensation of being slashed several times. These blades dissipate after a while.
• Heaven Fall: Intermediate action. A sphere of light is created, which is then released skywards. A moment later, blades of light begin to shower from the heavens. These blades do not fall at random, usually landing within proximity of any who he considers a foe.
• Light Burst: Intermediate action. A bright star appears at the end of his staff. Though it is made of light, it can physically harm those that he swings at. At the end of the duration (which he can feel), the star explodes with enough force to send everyone flying. Even Louis is pushed back by this.
• Sound Collapse: Advanced action. With a swing of his staff, an arc of light appears where it has passed. This arc of light remains in place until it is pushed by Louis. While it remains in place, the arc serves as a barrier. If sent flying, the arc cleaves through everything. This spell is rarely used due to the high probability of hitting innocent bystanders.

• Fishing Rod; Angler's Reel; Noble Upstart; Truthseeker: A fishing rod that doubles as a staff. It also acts as his focus for his light-based attacks. He knows that it doesn't look like a proper fishing rod, but he swears by Aeliph and Foowoon that he's fished various species with it.
• Dimensional Pouch: This is where he keeps his belongings and wealth. It's not much, but it's better than to keep them in the open.
• Multi-Pocket Suitcase: Contrary to its name, this suitcase comes with multiple pockets of dimensional space. Louis must think of a specific number before he undoes the locks, otherwise it would reveal an empty space in the suitcase. It also appears that the suitcase has some form of sentience, capable of barking and moving about via levitation. Louis refuses to elaborate how he'd come to own such a thing, but Prince Tore knows. • Bag of sand: He will find ways to fill this up after use. It's saved his life a number of times.
• Fisherman's Net: A net that bears several weights around its edge. He is always forced to replace this after use, because it is always destroyed by his opponents. He tends to use it as a shield to protect himself and his companions.
