Tyrnaali

[Tyrnaali is a Dungeons and Dragons charater, with a story set in the established world of Feyrun. If you are unfamiliar, parts of her bio may not make sense.]

Born into a fragment faction of the remaining Fey'ri left alive after the Hundred Years of Chaos, Tyrnaali began life already disillusioned with the pursuit of whatever grandiose power her people had once hoped to achieve when they first because tainted with demon blood. Though the people of her tribe often talked of half-imagined plans to recreate their strength and become mightier than ever before, Tyrnaali never once seriously entertained any expectation of that happening. While the idea appealed to her on a basic level, the young Fey'ri knew even as a child that any hope of greatness in her future would be associated not with her people, but her own personal merits. Drawing on this derision toward her family and ancestors, Tyrnaali decided that they made a poor example, and sought to distance herself from their ways. Instead of joining with them in the hopes of raising up once more, she left home and embarked on a totally different path – the solitary life of a Druid.

Feeling that people are generally inept and cannot be relied upon to any great extent, Tyrnaali has now fully embraced nature instead, feeling that the world itself, and the magic and creatures that keep it alive, are surely a more stable basis on which to build herself up, She now lives alone, moving from one uninhabited area to the next in search of the most powerful place in which to commune with the natural world. Though she does not find other people to be reliable or necessary in any way, she does consider them to be generally useful, and makes her way into populated areas from time to time to obtain items which she cannot find in the wild. In this fashion, she has slowly developed a rapport with earthen magic, and is far more confident in it than she ever was in her own Fey'ri people.
