Are there any rules that come with them?

Such as no reselling for a higher price? or etc.?

I am! The rules for this design are under the ownership page and there's not really many! All that's asked is that it's not resold for a higher price unless you've commissioned extra art of them! Besides that you can do whatever you wish.
