Moxie
Moxie lives for the fun of the party. She finds enjoyment in almost anything and loves to play with her Celestdog siblings. Since she's a little bigger and more stocky than most of her siblings, she can play a little rough sometimes, but she always means well. But pretty much whatever may be going on, she's always down to have a good time! From small things with one or two others like singing along to something fun to a bigger event, she just loves to have fun with her friends. She would probably get along rather well with Rhazz.

Trivia
- She's one of my biggest comfort OCs along with Starburst, Rhazz and PBnJ.
- She's based off a Siberian Husky, since Neptune, which she's also based on, is an ice giant.
- Of the Celestdog family, she's closest with Isaac and Titus.
- Sometimes she let's Titus ride on her back while she runs around.
- She has a bit of a rambunctious, tomboyish, sorta surfer girl attitude but always means well
Design Notes
- The three shades of blue on her face form a zigzag, lightning bolt-esque pattern.
- The speckles on her back are the most dense toward her spine.
- She has freckles on her face as well
- These freckles are a different shade of blue than her back speckles!
- Her galaxy matter underbelly and fin have little floaty bits around them here and there.
