Luca

Luca is Fae but is often mistaken for Human, as his scaly, draconic ears are almost always hidden by his hair. He is descended from a Dragon that, long before Dragons were an established species, was quite humanoid and fell in love with a Fae. The couple wrote many foundational texts on magical fire usage that are still referenced across the continent in the present day, and their many descendants have been some of the premier pyromancers throughout history.

Luca is, quite literally, hot stuff. His dragon ancestry manifests in his natural ability to generate and wield fire, a trait unique to Dragons (Puvian magic users of non-Dragon species are able to manipulate fire, but are not able to create it). Luca also naturally has wings, and he had them modified with more flame organs when he became an adult to have even more control over fire. His wings naturally grow with fire energy, and he can melt rocks onto them in order to make a highly intimidating and powerful display of having dripping lava wings.

Luca is quite laid-back and has a very "cool guy" personality. He loves to cook and will sometimes host borderline extravagant cookouts for the people in his town. He uses several unique cooking styles that he pioneered with his fire magic and offers paid classes to teach his methods to (mostly) out-of-town pyromancers.
