Eilma Rubher

One of the Rubher twins! Eilma and Hjana share very similar wide-eyed, factual childlike attitudes, running around amok and causing a typical child's chaos if they were given the ability to float things with their mind and turn things into soap. So just-- mildly more chaotic. Eilma specifically is the soap-maker, though he's only recently discovered this God-given gift of pure malevolence. And therefore cannot, nor does he want to, control it. His parents are thrilled. So is their hospital bill.
