Painter

He was a submission for a Discord Mascot Contest but sadly didn't win. But at least I can use him for something .o.

He's also technically also a Character for "The Experimented Ones" but he's a side character. Painter is an dalmatian who loves to draw and loves art in general. the Scientist modified him by putting some kind of parasite (he was technically dead-) and put a brush on his tail so he could draw using it. The colorful spots on his body are actually Paint Sacs where he stores all his paint for later use. He can be happy go lucky on the outside but in reality he had no emotion and doesn't feel anything. Even if he started to murder people he won't feel any remorse or sympathy.
