Backstory:
A demon from hell proper, he's only got about 1/4th of a fallen angel in his blood. His parents were a high class demon and a low class fire succubus. His father's rank as a high demon allowed him to gain strong magic, while his mother's low status kept him from becoming a part of regular demonic rituals. In WWII however, when Nazi Germany began to summon demons to fight, Allied forces were forced to do the same. He was summoned on the side of allied forces and was used to torture enemies for information.
Finding he liked the human world, he remained, coming across a blood mage who offered him a contract. Help the vampire master demonic magic, get human sacrifices. The trade off proved exceptionable, and the demon eventually grew fond of the vampire, remaining his ally, if, a volatile one.
