Personality

Rhys just want to be friends with absolutely everyone. He is a super sweet pup with a lot of energy and a big heart. He is super expressive, to the point of almost being over expressive.

He is extremely talkative and often doesn't quite know when it's his turn to talk or stop talking. He can come off as a little overbearing to others but he absolutely means well and just wants to share his enthusiam to others.
