Adoptables/ Design sales

1. Do not claim the design as your own.
   if the design you have bought/trade/or gifted by me as been altered/ redesigned then you are free to add yourself as a designer but i must receive proper credit for the previous design regardless of how much the character as changed from the original.
2. Do not sell designs that you received via trade/gift
   im pretty lenient but i dont want designs that where traded/gifted to be sold. However, i accept vouchers to be done As long as the price is fair and equal (feel free to ask me)
   but if it's a financial emergency then feel free to hit me up as i might change the rule for you and allow you to sell.
3. You can edit my art of the design you bought/traded for
   if you like the art and just want to make a quick change to the outfit feel free to do so. Just nothing overly drastic, things like color edits, adding jewelry, changing a pattern, or removing a tail is all fine.
4. You can do whatever you want with the design
   things like changing the characters gender is 100% fine with me, once the character is yours i cant do anything to stop you. You're free to do as you wish with the character's story, design, and appearance.
5. Personal use only!
   this means that if you plan to use the character for monetary gain you'll need to consult me first. My designs are mainly just for use in personal works and hobbies, if you are looking to make a profit from the design i sold you or you have received third party i would like to have a cut of the money that is made by using the characters image. this is negotiable so feel free to ask me.
6. Customs and Commissions
   i'm pretty slow with commissions as i like to work at my own pace. I provide wips and updates when requested but know that if you change your mind half way though you will be charged extra so please dont be afraid to tell me to fix something or edit the work.
7. All sales are final
   i dont do refunds, once the design is sold it's sold!
8. NSFW material
   I will only sell nsfw material to users who are 18+.I always ask everyone who commissions NSFW art from me for their age so if you refuse to answer i will not do business with you.
