Nabi was a normal butterfly skeleton before. He lived with his sister (false twin) without worries. It was during an accident that everything changed.

 
A mysterious person attacked them, leaving Nabi for dead and his unknown sister, who fled while her brother was on the ground. Another mysterious person, hidden under a weird mask, came to save his life with stones and a a powerfullmagic.
Thoose started his dedgemme origins.

In order to give him a few more possibilities to defend himself, they additionally offered him some sea demon blood, giving him the ability to control water.
Remembering his death, he decided to increase his influence, to play on his weakness to make it his strength. Since then, Nabi has worked as a singer, accompanied by Dexter.
So he lives peacefully with his boyfriend, his job and his usual playground...

Time pass and things evolves: Nabi is now married to Kumo and has 3 beautiful kids:

and the little Kubi, who's a spider (male)
