Raum is the second youngest son of Asmodeus and the youngest out of triplets. He's a cold, calculated demon that doesn't offer much in the way of conversation, deeming it all a frivolity. To him, the image of being a fearsome conqueror and ruler is his priority. At least, to his court. His family is a different matter altogether.
Those closest to him know him to be amiable and even soft-spoken, sharing the warmest smiles. He prefers to live life slowly and enjoy any and all moments he has with loved ones. He's a man that appreciate simple pleasures.
Much like his father, he fancies the arts and sciences. He was known to make friends with many famous artists, mostly those who dabbled in literature and painters.
Much of his father's likeness shines through him that way. He may have a complicated relationship with humanity by hating them, yet having a soft spot for what they've created.
He prides himself for being the origin of the vampire mythos. By birth, he is an Incubus, but intercourse is not his preferred way of sustenance and thus gave rise to a subset of demons that sustained themselves through blood.

- Has shown an affinity to liking games like Minecraft and Stardew Valley, vouching for their therapeutic properties. He recreated his castle in Minecraft.
- A theater and opera buff. He yearns to go to Broadway.
- When energy starved, he turns into a little bat.
- Because he insists on sustaining himself on blood for nourishment, he's a very sickly demon.
- Has a soft spot for black cats.
Raum was born of noble lineage through his father, Asmodeus, and an aristocratic demon known as Helnila. Despite his heritage, Asmodeus wanted to raise him and his siblings normally. As normal as it could get for Demons. Much to his father's dismay, Raum favored the life of conquerors both of his parents led. Finding it fantastical and exciting than simply living a quiet life.
Set on living an equally exciting life, he dedicated himself to study politics, land surveying, and tactics. Though he found some time for his father who personally taught Raum sciences and art. He cherished the moments, but he knew these were desperate attempts by Asmodeus to veer him off the path he chose. It eventually led to a squabble between the two. This tore Raum apart but buried his emotions in his new role as a general for his mother's court.
Despite chasing his dreams, Raum was miserable under his mother's court. Any attempt to reach out to his father was met with her resistance, eventually being forbidden to speak to him. Any lover he tried to take on were either urged to no longer see him or disappeared by her. This forced him to secretly have a relationship. One with a commoner woman who became the mother of his son. Though, their relationship seemed doomed and would contribute to reaching a boiling point with Raum.
Stolas, Raum's older brother, had been disgraced and ostracized after deciding that he'd no longer tolerate his mother's cruelty. Raum tried to convince his mother to simply let him go but the matter ended up in a heated argument. Helnila wouldn't stand idly by after having her child treat her like that. Out of spite, she gathered information that revealed Raum to have a family. As punishment for his outburst, she disappeared his wife and was to take his son.
Catching on quickly to his mother's plan, Raum created chaos in his mother's court and took some of her loyal as his own. With their support, he splintered off from his mother and kept his son safe.
No longer being under his mother's control, he finally set out to find his father and wife.
Although Raum never found his wife again, he mended his relationship with Asmodeus. He and his war generals worked directly under Beelzebub, securing fault lines between Hell and Earth. Despite the tight security, it was his legions that reported the start of the Demons' rebellion.
At first, Raum was conservative about who he sent out to fight on the battlefield. He wasn't willing to risk his best generals for something that everybody considered a futile uprising. That changed when Asmodeus left his throne.
Thinking his father was captured by the Demon Lords, he and his siblings launched a campaign to retrieve their father. One by one, they fell and Raum was forced to retreat into hiding after the Lords proved too much.
It's unknown where he currently resides, but many point to a cursed forest that not even Demons dare set foot in.
