Venus's Ownership

Thank you for your interest in my designs, I hope you enjoy them! 

A few quick rules of terms:

♥ DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use my designs for NFTS, AI or for zoophilic, incestuous, pedophilic, racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise bigoted content. If I found out you have done this, I will blacklist you immediately.

♥ You may not own my designs if you are blocked or otherwise blacklisted by me. You may resell them, trade them or gift them to other people, but please do not keep them in your possession. If you are found knowingly transferring them to people I have blocked or blacklisted, I will also block and blacklist you.

♥ DO NOT CLAIM MY DESIGNS AS YOURS. Redesigns with them still attached are alright, but all I ask is if they are over similar, please bundle them if you sell or trade them. Feel free to ask if you're unsure! You also may not edit my artwork for design changing purposes, as it makes me quite uncomfortable.

♥ Unless we have discussed a fee or I have given consent beforehand you may not use my designs for commercial usage PAST the following terms:

You are allowed to sell YCHs with them as long as it’s limited slots, up to 10 slots per a year. But you are not allowed to make merchandise, create pay to play or read content with them, you are not allowed to get recurring income off of them or income that is otherwise excessive.

♥ You may not create siblings, twins ect with any overtly similar designs to mine without my consent. AUs are alright, but in both cases, with my consent for the first case; if they are more than 65% similar, please bundle them and sell them together if you are getting rid of them.

♥ Do not resell or trade my designs for more than they are worth. If you bought a character for a set price and have no extra art paid for, then they are not to be sold for higher. If you got a character for free, then you may not sell or trade them, only gift them, unless you got more art. This includes free art, they do not add on to the overall price of a design.

♥ Do not sell designs with NSFW art or elements attached to them to minors. This will get you blocked and blacklisted.

♥ Please do not delete their TH profiles, and if you do so by accident re-post them with credit to me. I would also prefer if you do not make them privated so I can't view them, I would like to be able to see them, the art they've gotten and who currently owns them! This also includes not giving them to someone off-site, thank you!

For more in-depth rules I will be posting a carrd link sometime and possibly posting a bulletin! This TOS will be edited accordingly, however these are just the most important and basic rules!
