Blackout, or Rose, is an assassin for Princess Celestia. No, she isn't necessarily sent out that often, but her job mainly involves chasing down and dealing with extremely dangerous criminals. Blackout actually loves her job, (not the hurting part), but the gratification that she gets knowing she's kept many ponies safe is immeasurable.
