☽ I require to be informed if you resell or rehome any of my closed species:
• The Night Voidlings - Aadawa™, Anech™, Gorgite™, Nymbie™, PuffPlush™, SpaceDusties™ and Starbii™.
• My Other Closed Species - KaijukumaPanda™, Gummidile™, Coxxy™,and Enshin™.

・♡ ┊ Adoptables, OC's, Closed Species!・

☽ You MUST credit me for a design, species, and/or creation upon upload or re-upload to any site or gallery.
☽ You may make minor changes to the design, character, adopt(s), with credit to the original design.
☽ You may re-gift a design, character, adopt, etc to anyone not on The Blacklist.
☽ Do NOT breed any of my closed species to make a new hybrid without first purchasing a new character slot.
☽ Do NOT redesign any of my closed species to "split them" into a new oc of my species without my permission.
☽ Do NOT sell a traded design, custom, adopt, or slot for cash value unless additional value has been added.
     ▪ Artwork you purchased, created, or traded for will count towards the design's additional value.
     ▪ Free/Gifted art (i.e. art received that you didn't give anything in return) does not count as additional value.
☽ Do NOT sell a design, custom, adopt, or slot for more than you paid for unless additional value has been added.
     ▪ Artwork you purchased, created, or traded for will count towards the design's additional value.
     ▪ Free/Gifted art (i.e. art received that you didn't give anything in return) does not count as additional value.
☽ Do NOT Price Gouge my species, designs, characters, adoptables, etc.
☽ Examples of Price Gouging are, but not limited to:
     ▪ Doing minimal work on a $10 base, and selling it for $50+.
     ▪ Getting free artwork and trying to charge it to the character's sale price.
     ▪ Buying the oc for a set price and rehoming it for an inflated price with no additional art.

・♡ ┊ Species Reclamation!・

☽ If you are in violation of these Terms, you will be added to The Blacklist and your species rights revoked.
☽ Buying For or Selling To any user on the blacklist is not permitted. If you do so, you will be blacklisted.
☽ Breaching the Terms of Service or being put on The Blacklist will result in the following:
     ▪ Your access to my species will be revoked, and your character will be disowned from said species.
     ▪ This will make your character Non-Canon, and as such; it will no longer be associated with my species.
     ▪ Non-Canon characters are no longer allowed to call themselves a part of my species or use their name.
     ▪ I, nor my staff from any species, will ever forcibly reclaim any character (canon or not) from a user.
     ▪ If you're blacklisted, your oc is NOT a part of my species, and it must be labled as Non-Canon or otherwise.
☽ Any character from my species in the ownership of a user on this blacklist is considered non-canon.
☽ Please avoid selling to and/or buying from people on The Blacklist. Doing so may put you on the list yourself.

・♡ ┊ F2U & P2U Bases!・

☽ You may not redistribute my bases to friends, family, or anyone who has not purchased it from me.
☽ You can use my bases for profit under the following circumstances:
▪ Adoptables, Ref Sheets, Commissions, YCH's, and other similar profit makers.
☽ You must credit me, with link backs to my page(s) when uploading creations using any of my work or bases.
☽ I prefer credit on Toyhou.se or FurAffinity, but you can also credit me on Twitter, Patreon, or Telegram.
☽ Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a blacklist,species reclamation, and/or a psa.

☽ I reserve the right to upload any piece that was commissioned to my personal and public websites.
☽ If you no longer hold interest in your commission, please do not ask me to remove it from my galleries.
☽ I have every right to refuse a commission, please do not harass me if I choose not to work with you.
☽ I am not obligated to post your commission to my galleries or websites. I will do so at my desire.
☽ I reserve the right to use rejected sketches and cancelled commissions for my own use or for resell.
☽ I retain all copyright to my artwork, regardless of whom the Intellectual Property belongs to.
☽ It is my right to post, distribute, copy, and reproduce my work to be sold online or at conventions.
☽ I retain the right to edit, crop and modify your commission as a sample/promotional image for posts.

☽ You can upload any commission done for you to a personal and/or public gallery with proper credit.
☽ You can print out, make avatars, banners, ID's, and other web graphics from the image you purchase.
☽ You must have my written permission to do any of the following:
     • Request another user to finish a wip that I have created, or you have purchased.
     • Make a profit off my artwork, sketches, or rejected wip's. Bases are excluded from this.
     • Alter, edit, copy, trace, reference, distribute or otherwise modify my artwork in any shape or form.
☽ You may not claim my art as yours, remove my signature, trace, and/or edit my artwork at any time.
☽ If you have questions about what you can and can not do with art you receive, feel free to ask me.
