The resident Sherlock Holmes in the family. 

Before settling down he spent all his time sniffing out trouble makers, and tracking down missing items. His sense of smell is second to none. 

He is a grumpy bachelor at heart, though after meeting Lacey and taking in a family, he loosens up and instead shares his passion with the youngsters. 

When he is in a mood or thinking about something intensely, he can be consumed in silence for days.
