• You may trade/sell/give a character we've made. No need to ask us permission to do so unless we personally asked you to contact us before reselling

• YOU MAY NOT RESELL FOR MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR UNLESS EXTRA ART'S ADDED TO THE OC. (this mean if you purchase an oc 5$ you cannot resell it for 10$ if you didn't add any pieces of art)

• If you own a character we've made, please, credit us the first time you use them online. DO NOT ever claim to be the designer of a design made by us.

• You may edit the design as long as you still credit us for the original version.

• Never put your own T.O.S on design we've made without asking us permission. Note that we're in right to refuse your request.

• Do not lock sale/trade characters we designed. Doing so goes against our "never put your own T.O.S on design we've made

• If a design by us comes with physical items, you'll have to send them away when reselling (You may add the shipping cost to the value but this must be stated in the sale to avoid any scamming). If the new owner doesn't want the items you must remove the physical items's value from the final price of the design. Note that we won't be able to help you get items if you didn't recieve them as we are only the designer and have no control over design we legally sold. Issue must be discussed with the person having the items

• You may co-own design I made as long as our t.o.s are respected. Note that we won't be able to intervene in case of a dispute between each owners. Sorry !

• Regarding design not made by us please, refer to the original designer's TOS~

• If possible, avoid selling oc made by us to black listed users [https://urschin.carrd.co/#blacklist] ! ! thank you
