Nicora / Izanami [ ニコラ /イザナミ ] also known as "Spirit of the Tree of Life" (生命の木の精神)

Nicora, more commonly known as "The Spirit of the Tree of Life" in modern history, is the Goddess of Creation. She was originally known as Izanami and was married to Izanagi before she died from accidentally burning herself. Izanagi visited her in the Land of the Dead and became terrified after seeing her decomposing body - Izanami, feeling ashamed, chased him until Izanagi blocked the road between Life and Death with a huge Boulder so that they could never see each other again (they then got divorced). Feeling ashamed and broken, Izanami let her body rot away and she eventually turned into Soil from which the Tree of Life grew - Her body reformed itself to resemble her younger form and she chose a new name for herself, Nicora. From the Soil she created the four seasonal Spirits (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter) to protect the tree of Life. 

Due to her being directly linked with the Tree of Life, she is unable to leave Litha and this even more-so now because of the Inabikari War weakening her with Poison. Because of this she began creating copies of herself that are able to wander the World outside of Litha, they provide her with Information of the Outside world that she would otherwise not be able to get.

She has the ability to create things out of thin air and is able to infuse these items with her energy. This, however, costs her a lot of energy which she can only replenish by resting for long times (in some cases even years) as she has yet to regain her full Power - Because of this she has stopped creating things, the last Item she created was a Bow and Arrow set for Kanon Kiyoshi, as a parting present shortly after the Inabikari War. She hopes that he not only treasures it as a memento from a "dear friend" but also that he simply uses it without second thought.

• She is the Mother of Amaterasu, Susano, and Tsukuyomi. But she is also the mother of several other gods which were born from her body during her Death - Those children are: (from excrements) Kanayamabiko, Kanayamabime, Haniyasubiko, Haniyasubime, Mizuhanome, Wakumusubi, and from her corpse: Oikazuchi, Honoikazuchi, Kuroikazuchi, Sakiikazuchi, Wakaikazuchi, Tsuchiikazuchi, Nariikazuchi, and Fushiikazuchi. But most her children are forgotten these days, especially those born during her death.
