How could you forget about me...?
One is a completely new entity. Born at the beginning of the universe when Eden arrived, One formed from the combination of Eden's deepest emotions. The two functioned as seperates for some time before meeting again in the vast expanse of Eden's universe, becoming a pair. As the "missing piece" of Eden, One represented the one magical element that Eden did not: darkness.
While not an inherently evil magic, many were deeply fearful of it. As the two would explore the universe, creatures grew afraid of One, and with that One grew resentful, eventually forgotten by Eden. Made of raw emotion, this caused him to break, his physical form corrupting with hatred and anger. After a great fight, Eden and One were left broken and beaten, no one winner emerging from the fight.
One now operates in the background, his former self no longer extant. He wants only fo find Eden again and undo him, taking control of the remaining eleven elements he does not control.
Notes
- One wears a mask that obscures his face. It appears like an ibis with a single large eye on the left side.
- On the rare oppurtunity that the mask is removed, One's hair obscures his face, his hair blowing in a mysterious cosmic wind. No currently living creatures besides Eden has seen his face.
- One has multiple forms, a shadowy humanoid form, and a quadrepedal form that reflects his humanoid appearence. His shadowy forms can warp and grow and become more beastly.
- One can possess the bodies of most living creatures. Their soul and mind are pushed back, and in the interim of his possession theor bodies do not age or break down.
