Date is correct. A Khin responsible for creating some stupid Hazard Cat subspecies (ie Hazard Frogs). He """works""" at Registered Lab #10. Found abandoned in the street so one of the staff members adopted him when he was very young. Now, they don't trust a Khin to not burn the entire civilization down while they're at work, so Kip has to come along. In some places, he's actually useful. In many, he is not. Extremely accident prone. Often seen in the form of a fox or a deer, both typically being heavily edited to include things like tail mouths or tufted ears. Possibly give him a pet Hazard Frog named Burpee (female)
