She is born in a world where people often have some kind of super powers. When she was a baby, her parents broke up and gave her up for adoption. She was never adopted tho. 

Her special abilities are to paralise others by touching them. Touching others gives them a little electric shock, which paralizes their bodies for a short amount of time. The harder the electric shock, the longer it will take till they can move again.

One day she discovered a portal which was created by Barkin. They became friends and discovered Dragon Realm together short after, where Para decided to stay after finally finding a group of people that made her feel like she is part of a family. When Barkin started to recruit people for her team, Para joined.
