Nux was crowned by something paranormal, the exact being that crowned him is a mystery
Nux manifest is negative (had no choice in the matter and it won't leave him) and paranormal in nature , while Nux gains alot abilities from this manifest he also gains cons, being more susceptible to curses and paranormal happenings, etc
It's rather general and Nux is rather secretive of it on top of it just being a rather mysterious manifest, you can theorize how it works but ultimately it's mysterious even to him
