Personality

Cordelia is one of the most excitable guardians to ever come into existance, and despite her aga still regards the world with curiousity and love. She has a very youthful appearance, partially due to the deity that chose her, Manaphy. Her previous hybrid status is what initial caused their curiousity for her, and are now very close friends.

Background

The daughter of a vaporeon, and a mantyke, given the blessing of the prince of the sea. Became a guradian almost 600 years ago, yet still continues to mingle and shower her small coastal town with love. Her parents have long since passed, but she still continues to protect and cherish their memory, along with respecing their memory of love by helping any hybrids that have been shunned by the world.

• Has very few manaphy traits when in her natural form.
• Powerful hydrokenesis, but only when near or in water.
• Fins allow her to reach incredibly powerful speeds.
• Mandibles on forhead allow for her to sense vibrations and pressure changes.
