A gigantic Bloomed, who somewhat resembles a woman in a dress with a hoop skirt made from an upended rose - similarly to The Root, she is immobile, but mostly because outside of her clearing, there's little place for her to go that wouldn't wreak destruction in her wake. We're talking 'bigger than a football stadium,' here.

The Rose Ghost's fervent desire is to see her own face.
