• ^{Born Tzalmon of Zektryn - an ancient demonic humanoid race dating back to biblical time.}
• ^{The Zektrynian pose crystal like structures that serve as an exoskeleton over various parts of their body.}
• ^{Each crystal structure and patterning is different and unique to each Zektrynian much like a fingerprint.}
• ^{Ezrahs’ exoskeleton structure holds the same carbon make up of diamond but rang in colour gradient from navy to sky blue.}
• ^{Zektrynians also possess the ability to create structures with the same makeup as they're crystallization. A fine mist will roll from them and the demon is able to control it to their liking. Most of their cities were constructed with this ability.}  
• ^{Ezrah was born and raised in his people's capital and had a modest life working as a knight for the elders at their palace.}
• ^{Always took his job very seriously and took much pride in his work.}
• ^{Took an oath to swear his life to the elders, whatever they command and whatever it takes to guarantee their safety, not to wed or father children.}   
• ^{Very skilled in combat both with hand to hand, weapon and self defense.}
• ^{Got very close with the elders, and moved up in his ranks until he was first in command.}
• ^{Life was swell for the first 200+ years of his life until the capital was attacked.}
• ^{He was sent into war that went on for two decades between his people and the hell angels.}
• ^{In the end, the Zektrynians lost and their race was eliminated, their life/soul used as fuel for the hell angels life source.}
• ^{However, lucky/unlucky Ezrah was trapped in a coma for sometime in the rubble.}
• ^{By the time he came to, it was too late, the war was over and he had lost everything; his people, family, home all gone.}
• ^{His luck continued because when he finally woke from his coma, he hit the road on the look for any sort of civilization and on his quest he was picked up off the streets.}
• ^{The people, who abducted him, put a black bag over his head, tied him up, and threw him in the back of a van with a bunch of other demons they had poached.}
• ^{Suck in the van for a few days while still tied up and blinded, no idea where he was going or who these people were.}
• ^{When he was finally out of the van, he was thrown into a dark, damp metal cell, deep underground - the perfect environment for vermin.}
• ^{He was then subjected to endless ‘conditioning’ they called it even though it was straight up torture. They were treated like animals, slaves, vermin to try and break them so they would do as the gang pleased.}
• ^{What they ran was underground illegal cage fighting.}
• ^{They were all slaves to the master, forced to where electric prong collars and bands around their arms. If they refused to fight, they would be electrocuted. If they took to long to make a move, they were electrocuted. Just for a good laugh and to mess up a block, they were electrocuted.}
• ^{If they lost a fight, their unconscious bodies were dragged to their cells, when they came to, they were beaten and lashed until they lost consciousness. It was a lesson to make them fight harder and better next time, if they were to lose again, they'd be submitted to the same punishment.}
• ^{Some of the conditioning they used was also a form of brainwashing. They didn't want their fighters to be distracted by anything so one of their methods were to hire girls from a local strip club or brothel and let the girls have their way with them. If they reacted, they were punished. If they so much as had one thought, they were punished. They were to become numb to all distractions.}
• ^{He fought and rotted in his cell for many years. He tried to escape on several occasions but never succeeded and for that he was always heavily punished then tossed into the ring in the disgusting weaken state he was in. And of course he would lose which would only lead to more punishment.}
• ^{Regardless, when he wasn't bleeding from his lashes, he was a good fighter with his previous training as a knight. He won his master many fights and made his master a very rich man, becoming his masters favourite pet despite his rebellious Nature.}
• ^{Somehow word made it underground of how a nearby city was forming a rebellion against the overlord and how the rebellion's leader had let a demon join her ranks and how the leader was thought to be an angel from the heavens.}
• ^{His mind began to run of ideas on how to escape and run away to join this rebellion, leaving this hell hole behind and to fight for a worthy cause and not dirty money.}
• ^{Long story short he escaped and made it too the city. However their was a bounty for him and the master sent out his best hit men to retrieve him.}
• ^{When he got to the city, he was homeless, living off the streets until guards spotted him and brought him in for questioning as demons were not welcomed.}
• ^{He bagged the leader for her mercy and offered her his life for her cause, and pledge himself to her every whim.}
• ^{It took some convincing and negotiating but he was accepted into her guard.}
• ^{He slowly started to build himself up again and somehow managed to outrun his masters hit men. So he thought at least.}
• ^{Even though he was a member of the guard he was still never accepted by the rest of the citizens and became an outcast.}
• ^{One day at a coffee shop he ran into a musician with silver hair, she was the most stunning creature he had ever met.}
• ^{Her father was a conductor and she was going to school for her doctor in music, specializing in the cello but could also play other string instruments.}
• ^{The two hit it off, even though her father didn't approve the two had won eachothers hearts and the demon and shape shifter eloped behind her father's back.}
• ^{Her father was furious and thought she could do better than Ezrah the demon and never approved. But Abigale didn't care for what her father thought.}
• ^{The two were happily married for some time and ever finally felt at home for the first time in years}
• ^{Life as a guard was great, his marriage was great. They even tried to start their own family.}
• ^{However, Abigale struggled to get pregnant.}
• ^{It took many tries but when she finally got pregnant, she wanted to surprise Ezrah as she found out the morning he was supposed to go on a mission to the overlords and she didn't want to worry him.}
• ^{Somehow during this time his master’s hit men spotted him and his cover was blown - this he was completely unaware of.}
• ^{When he came back from his mission, he found their home in a blazing inferno and Abigale screaming for help inside.}
• ^{He ran in after her but he was too late. When he got in, he found a werewolf holding his now dead wife's body - murdered.}
• ^{Enraged he thought the werewolf inside the burning house, until the ceiling caved in on him.}
• ^{He was trapped under the burning rubble, the werewolf took off thinking he was as good as dead trapped in that house and reported back to the master that he had been killed. Just like that the hit was called off.}
• ^{By the time his body had been removed from the rubble he was barely breathing and his body singed.}
• ^{He was in a coma for a very long time while he body healed. Even when he did awake he was in too much pain, violent and confused - a danger to himself and the nurses that he was then put into a medicine induced coma, giving his body time to heal.}
• ^{When he woke, he was a completely different person.}
• ^{Had medical bills up the wazoo and a long road of rehab and therapy.}
• ^{It took him a couple years to get back on his feet again with life, when he was ready he returned to the guard alone and an outcast.}
• ^{Got so low he Tried suicide a couple times, didn't work.}
• ^{Now as third degree damage on his right shoulder, other second and first degree damage on other parts of his body - because of this he likes to keep as much of himself cover as he possibly can.}
• ^{Extremely self-conscious of his scared up damaged body as every mark tells a sad story.}
• ^{Often times you will see him staring at his reflection with a disgusting self-loathing expression.}
• ^{After the accident he changed his name and picked up the name Ezrah in hopes that the hit men or his master will never find him again.}
• ^{Abigale's father blames Ezrah for her death.}
• ^{Ezrah also blames himself.}
• ^{Only member of her family he keeps in contact with is her brother - only one to offer him any kind of support in his worst time.}
• ^{Never talks about Abigale}
• ^{But then, as always shit hit the fan and the war finally broke out and the overlord won.}
• ^{Once again he lost everything and sought refuge for away.}
• ^{Was homeless once again before finding himself in the underground world of cage fighting as it seems to be the only thing he knows how to do - fight.}
• ^{Even though it's all illegal, it's far more humane than what he experienced before.}
• ^{Can actually somewhat live as a free man - whenever work isn't calling him in for a match.}
• ^{Actually being paid for his cage fighting!}
• ^{Able to make a living off of it, even though he's ashamed of it and hates it but at least it's money and kinda pays his bills.}
• ^{Lives in a one bedroom apartment in a part of town that's a little more decent than the ghetto.}
